Brian Carroll brings over 17 years of basketball coaching and player development experience, working with athletes at every level of the game. A former All-Greater Rochester high school standout and college player at SUNY Brockport, Brian has spent his career helping players maximize their potential. He has coached at the college, high school, and youth levels while training pros and college athletes from all divisions.Currently, Brian serves as the Assistant Boys’ Coach at The Bishop’s School, where he helps develop high-level high school talent. He is also the Head California Trainer for Bellucci Basketball Academy, specializing in elite skill development, and teaches basketball at San Diego State. His experience includes working with the Los Angeles Clippers Youth Program, an internship with Impact Basketball, and video analysis for Pure Sweat Basketball.Brian’s passion for player development goes beyond just coaching. He challenges athletes to push their limits, sharpen their skills, and understand the game on a deeper level. His approach blends intense skill work, film study, and game-specific training to help players elevate their performance.Originally from New York, Brian now lives in San Diego with his wife and 7-year-old daughter. He remains dedicated to growing the game and shaping the next generation of players.
